John Amann has worked at ZOLL Medical for the past 11 years leading teams responsible for teaching repair and maintenance of ZOLL’s defibrillator and ventilator product lines. John currently oversees all customer level technical training and technical support globally for ZOLL and has previously held management positions within Field Service and Support Engineering.
