This interactive workshop is designed for current and aspiring HTM leaders who want to improve leadership effectiveness and strengthen operational performance. The session is divided into two modules.
Time Mastery for HTM Leaders focuses on practical methods for managing priorities, structuring effective meetings, and improving communication cadence to support team and customer alignment.
Operational Strategy & Service Delivery introduces approaches for building service delivery plans, reviewing demand spend trends, aligning training to program needs, and communicating performance through structured business reviews.
Participants will leave with practical tools and a personalized action plan they can adapt within their own HTM programs.
