Brad Casemore, Chief Customer Officer, PartsSource
Brad joined PartsSource in May 2024 as Chief Customer Officer. Prior to PartsSource, Brad was the Chief Customer Officer at Nuvolo where he was instrumental in building new organizational capabilities, customer relationships, and partner relationships to help customers make their digital transformation visions a reality. Brad was accountable for Customer Success, Professional Services, Technology and Delivery Partners, Technical Account Management and Customer Enablement.
Before joining Nuvolo, Brad was part of other successful software organizations. He has over 14 years of experience across multiple industries in working with customers to transform their organizations by leveraging technology. Before getting started in technology, Brad worked for 7 years in various Healthcare Administration roles. Brad holds a Master’s Degree in Big Data and Predictive Analytics and an undergraduate degree in Business Administration. He also holds certifications as a Project Management Professional, Scrum Master and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
George Reed, Director, Clinical Engineering, WakeMed Health and Hospitals
George is the Director of Clinical Engineering and Laser Safety Officer at WakeMed Health and Hospitals where he overseas medical devices lifecycle management, biomedical device integration (BMDI), as well as medical device security. George has been in this role for past 9 years.
George has 41 years of experience in the Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) field with various roles and experiences including leading large programs at Thomas Jefferson Health and Hospitals, University of Maryland Medical Center and Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, as well Healthcare Technology Management Sales.
George began his career in the US Army where he was a biomedical trained technician and received an Associates in Biomedical Instrumentation, from there he pursued his Bachelors in Organizational Management and Masters in Healthcare Administration.
George has given multiple lectures for AAMI, MD Expo, NCBA and Leadership Summits on multiple subjects including alarm management and metrics for HTM departments. George was also Co-Chair on Medical Device Security for the North Carolina Health Information and Communication Alliance (NCHICA).
