Speaker Bio
Justin Barbour is a healthcare technology professional with more than 23 years of experience in biomedical equipment and clinical engineering, including 9.5 years of service in the United States Air Force.
Throughout his career, Justin has worked in Charleston and Houston, building extensive experience in the maintenance, management, and support of medical technology. He currently serves as Director of Business Development for BC Group International, a leading manufacturer of medical test equipment.
In 2018, Justin began recording training sessions for his team, which led to the creation of the Better Biomed YouTube channel. Since then, the channel has grown to more than 27,000 subscribers and over 3 million views across 126 countries.
Justin is passionate about promoting the biomedical and clinical engineering profession and encouraging healthcare technology professionals to collaborate, share knowledge, and help advance patient care around the world.
